Thanks Dave/Thera, mine is cracked too, yeah one of the pics is of only half the car because there was a wall in the way so I couldn't step back any further! Thanks dan, yes I think it is the later spec - the heater controls are rotary not sliding - I think that means it's later spec, am I right? :) (and what are FK's???) -
I think they are near Wigan in Lancs - try http://www.dubsport.com EDIT - awesome gti are in warrington though.

Is there a noticeable improvement from just fitting the bulbs which claim to be '50% brighter'? I was thinking along the lines of getting Osram or Philips bulbs without improving the loom.
-
Ok thanks, as I say I have emailed them but no response as yet, I guess its probably because its not been active for a while.

The C. I have just bought has Tracker fitted. I have been on their website and emailed them but they a seem a bit slow in getting back to me. Does anyone know if they charge a transfer of ownership fee or will I just have to start paying the subscription?

Sounds good mate, I did a 500 mile round trip to pick mine up, well worth it though!

Ok mate thanks again. :) Think it's going to be a while before I can afford to do it though. :( -
How long is the £8 subscription going to be running for? I think I may be joining too, not been put off totally and I think I should give it a chance before jumping to conclusions.

Yes its sherry red, it had grown on me a lot. The pics are all taken with a camera phone which is why they're so bad! The only problem with lowering it is that the front spoiler would scrape even more than it does now on speed humps and ramps. -
That's very likely. It's probably not been returned to the correct location after the paint job.

standard 0-60 times... mines weird but good!

Is your speedo accurate mate? -
Yeah it was a write-off though. She tells me it was was worth about £30k! I didn't know they cost that much now - that's almost Range Rover money! Or she's exaggerating. Apparently she was on a dirt track at a junction and started to turn left. Now the Disco she was driving was an auto 'box which she isn't used to, and she pressed on the accelerator a bit too hard and ended up sliding into a ditch and hitting a tree.

Thanks pringles and biggrim. I'm actually quite tempted to keep it standard to be honest mate. Other than ICE that is. I have put a Sony MD head unit in it which works with the Sony 10 CD changer that came with it, and I have put in a 10" sub and smallish amp. It came with Pioneer components in the doors and three-way Kenwoods in the rear shelf. Apart from that, cat 1 alarm and Tracker it is totally standard. Any suggestions? -
Imagine if she had been in my Corrado  Luckily nobody was hurt.

I have just turned 25 and had mine for 2 weeks and I love it :D I had a mk 3 golf gti 8v previously but always wanted a C. -
Black or dark blue Corrado heading north on the dual carriage way section of the A6 near Chapel-en-le-Frith/Buxton. Saturday 1st Nov around 9:50am. I was heading south, flashed headlights at me but I was past you before I could flash back!

Hmm... not sure if I want to bother joining now.

I just noticed, there seems to be a colour mismatch down the side of the car in the photo, but I can assure you its just in the photo! -
I have recently bought a '93 L VR6 with black leather. Sorry the pic isn't great - taken with my phone and I can't keep still when I look at it! :D Much better pics on next page!
