Which alarm did you have fitted? Are you happy with it? Also, anyone know anything about the Clifford G5 range? (No cat 1 approval yet.) I saw it on this website and they seem cheaper than equivalent G4 alarms.

There was a storm for just under £4k last week, but mileage was around 150,000 or 160,000 miles.

The most expensive car I have driven is a Merc 500SL. Sounded great and was rapid as well.

I really like the look of those smoked inpro's. Is there any difference between them and smoked FK's? (Fit looks good too, nice and level.)

Isn't it annoying how those rubbing strip rarely align? Anyway, just wanted to say, wherever possible I park away from cars in a car park - space allowing of course - that way if anyone does park next to you, they don't get too close. However, sometimes I come back to find I can hardly get into my C!

Whilst putting in my forum sticker in my C. I decided to clean all the glass from the inside and in order to do so I was taking up various positions and contortions within the car. :wink: Anyway the centre console seems to have worn itself a bit loose as a result of this, I think I banged against it whilst turning round. How do I tighten it again? I can't see any screws except one below the handbrake which appeared to be tight, yet that's where it appears to be attached to nothing. :?

I agree - plus it says in the handbook they are an extra as mentioned elsewhere in the thread - so really it's no big deal if it has one.

Spotted a black 16v with a massive exhaust and dark tints in Manchester last week - near ScuBar off Grosvenor St - was about lunch time. I wasn't in my car so couldn't flash you. -
