Any 6 peak belt with a length of 1640mm will cover the smaller pulley. I went to gsf to get one cost about £7

Mick Glad you solved it. The internals on your old charger were immaculate. Proof that they can be durable. The parts have been put to use now in getting my one back running.

Mick. Switch the plugs over on the 2 coolant sensors. The blue sensor should have the yellow/green wire on it. I suspect they are the wrong way round. With the gauge now not reading I suspect that the blue sensor has failed highlighting this fault.

Sounds like the hose from the throttle body to the ecu is not connected.

I have a mk 3 panel fitted to mine. To make a nice fit I removed it from the mechanism and turned it over. Then pressed the corners down whilst laying it on a blanket. This was enough to get it to sit correctly when fitted. A friend did the same with his to get it to fit.

Are these early or late spec ones?

I would remove a front and rear bolt. Measures the length of the thread for each. Then buy ones with a radial seat. May have to get 2 sets due to spacers being on the front only.

Hi guys I'm looking at putting a stand alone oil feed and cooling system for my g lader. Has anyone attempted this before? I know I'll have to block of the old feed and return. I'm a little stumped as to what pump I should use along with an oil cooler and reservoir. Any help greatly appreciated.

Nugget yellow on a g plate broken down in creekmoor Poole... Spotted a couple of days ago then again today by a friend being transported on a recovery truck.

I had very similar to this a couple of years ago. Insurance covered it, was less than £500 to get it done

I can echo Jim's sentiments. Spent 1/2 hour on the phone to them sourcing a low profile oil filter after fitting an oil cooler, very helpful bunch.

I'm looking for a pulley side casing half for one of my spare chargers. I have trawled through several thousand eBay listings to no avail... I'm sure there used to be a fair few on the German site. If any body spots one or knows of one please drop the link in here or pm details of where there's one available. Otherwise I'm stuck with a very expensive paper weight... Just put an aluminium displacer in this charger too :(

As per the title I am after parts for the next phase of my build. Any g60 bottom end will be considered good low mileage preferred. As for the head, one with bigger valves and porting is what I want... I already have a spare standard one. So what's available?
