My mate has a g60 and its great except it wont run right at the moment! When you start it up, you have to have your foot on the floor for it to tick over! If you lift your foot, it cuts. When you have your foot on the floor, its just a poor idle, not even a good one! We disconnected the throtle sensor and it seemed to sort it out, it would rev properly then, but just not tick over. He went out and bought a new one, fitted it and the prob is the same. things i noticed were that the dizzy cap is badly worn, fueling is fine, vac lines were a bit worn, but we replaced them! I am stuck and would appreciate any help!

does anybody have, or know where i would get the measurements to check the alignments! I know my project was whacked, but before it goes to the body shop i want to make sure the shell is reasonably straight! Thanks

Just got a question, has anybody put a moonroof into their corrad, like the mk3 gti style glass piece! I have heard that the 94isp passat one works, and have also been told it doesnt work! So has anyone got any experience of doing this?

Hmmm, has anybody got a list of european show dates? I am looking at a ahow in the Holland, Austria, France or Germany region! We have a few lads who were on for inters, but since our club didnt get an invite (poss due to mr porter last year having a screaming match at one of the lads) :lol: we are talking about a quick spin to europe! Its a totally huge task! ia m doing it at the moment! for the money it will cost you could have an ihi roller turbo'd 20v engine in it! But yet i am still doing it! :lol: All i will say is do LOTS of research and talk to John and Jason on here who are running these engine, and then to me in a couple of months!

Ok, Alex, what sort of money are we talking? I have a set on one car and they are savage brakes!!! :lol: Put me down for a set of 4 stud ones, i live in ireland, but can get them sent to a uk address! Yeah a friend of mine got a kit off them for his mk2 golf, great kit, but the clutch had to be a seat cable one because the hydraulics were hitting the turbo! doh!!!! :cry:

my one is just behind the airbox! or rather where the airbox used to be! Try there i would say, its not too hard to miss
