exturbo2003, How come your G60 is bootable in the wet? I went out in Brookecourts G60 Friday (which I have now bought:)) when it was wet. I had no chance of any traction up until third. That wasn't from booting it from stationary either. Pull off nicely..press my right foot down...wheels spin...change to second...press my foot down..wheels spin :shock: God i've missed driving a G60. Second thoughts maybe I should of checked the tread on the front tyres before giving him a deposit :D :D :D

If you mean the small light type...nope. If you mean the later type then yes, comes complete with a whole car ;)

More of a toy really, got a company car, wanted something to play with. Company has to go back so just bought Brookescourt's G60 of him...nice. I've got loads of little bits but main bits I suppose are 1.1 Golf complete with new engine (5000 miles) no sunroof but paint is bad!!! Rear disk conversion (inc new disc's, pad's bearing, handbrake cables, the lot!), 16v front brake conversion, full set of campaign green glass, inc. the tinted front screen, the Borbet T's!!!. All the other main parts have been sold.

I know what you mean mate. I've still got a fair bit of misc. stuff left over. Let me know if you need anything.

Yep, got it in one, Borbet T's. They were for a mk1 golf project I started (had the G60 engine, coil overs, brake upgrade, the lot!) but due to a new job i've got to sell all the bits off.

Just to let you all know I sold my C Sunday...very sad :cry: but after working out all the finances I could justify keeping it. :cry: I'm happy to say that it has gone to a good new owner '16valver' from this forum. To relieve the pain of selling my C, I went out and bought a MK1 Gti :D This made me feel a bit better. I'm still going to hang around the forum as you never know what engine might go into the MK1 :shock:
