1. It is and has been for the last few hour's been in a dry garage mate don't fret :) I'll let you have a drive mate when I see you next you deserve it :thumbleft: It totally surprised me how well it drove considering it is standard suspension wheel's etc ok it's 90bhp but nowaday's for daily driving do you really need any more? It only take's me 20 min's top to get to work and back. Wkend use I've got an R32 powered Corrado plenty I'm sure would prefer something different but then that's them not me??!! Suit's me bud :thumbleft: Thank's for all the positive comment's
2. Looking forward to seeing them on your car mate they are awesome wheel's and with the 45 series tyre's keep it quite comfy they are super sticky in dry the Pirelli's just don't get too carried away in the wet. Good dealing with you bud :thumbleft:
3. Well one of my mate's is a mk2 cav nut and even he is severely impressed with it even though it's not his bag (CD/SRI man). There may be some that say oh it's a bit basic that's the charm of it to me non pas non central locking no rear seatbelt's wind up window's but I tell you what it is more comfortable to drive without being wallowy than the Vectra. So cheap to fix/run everything about it it's all original 51k mile's all mot's full main dealer service history and in a couple of year's will probably be worth more than my Corrado  That's life for you think you have it all figured out then it take's a massive D*** on you
4. You must be happy with that I know I would :thumbleft:
5. That looks quality mate you have some skills [emoji6]
6. Cheer's Rob I remember them too!!! Commander's there are only a handful 5/6 it's so good to drive. Cheer's Kip I know it's not everyone's taste but they are soo easy to fix compared to the Vectra christ it's got 4 Lambda sensor's!! It is very comfortable and no to the CH rep's it's staying completely standard £112 a year insurance fully comp agreed value can't complain. The Corrado is going nowhere it's the fair weather car Commander for the rest :)
7. Ok folks I said I'd have an update well here goes I was a like Jim a little pi$$ed off with my car and I've only had mine a couple of years now (12 Jim you deserve a medal) Anyway I bought another runaround as the Vectra despite not putting a foot wrong just wasn't doing it for me. Here's a couple of pics I'll get some better ones when weather is better. [emoji3]
8. I have done something along the same lines after the hassle of trying to put right the shameful and downright dangerous bodge's on my Corrado (It nearly killed me and a mate) and one blaming previous owner "blah blah" from a apparently well respected forum member it's like what Tempest was saying regarding the 1 and 3 series Bm's having issue's and BMW like totally denying responsibility. I have purchased a lovely old car that is easy to drive/fix/cheap to run and most important cool as Fcuk (only 5 left in uk) until I am ready to be bothered with the Corrado again. Jim your's is in need of minor repair's compared to other's like you say get a lease and do bit's on the Corrado over the time of the lease and you will be more than eager when the time come's to get back in the saddle. I'll post some pic's 2moro of the stop gap car for all you eager viewer's :tumbleweed::tumbleweed::tumbleweed:
9. The pile does look impressive however I'll wait to actually see one fitted to a Corrado "in the flesh" before making my mind up. It is good that someone is taking an interest in the Corrado it is appreciated.

Late fogs

It's how I got mine you have to ask ;)
11. Just realised I had already replied to your post Kip I am a little excited 2nite as I've bought another car all will become clear soon.
12. RC's with the right stance are amazing. I know what you are saying regarding RS's as they have been done to death however on the right car again like the RC's with the right stance. As far as grille's are concerned I've got more important thing's in my life than to get anywhere near interested in being worried about what other's think about when seeing my car it may seem a bit abrupt but it's my car it's going on (that's not aimed at anyone I appreciate feedback from all)

17. I ain't wearing any not sure I should have told you that
18. Hit the nail on the head. It's almost like they are a cabriolet they are an awesome "summer" car
19. You are not the only one regarding the RS's I'm not saying I am of that persuasion what I will say is I am trying to get alot of thing's right and working together the RS's fit in with that. I'm like you bud I'll do it my way end of conversation :thumbleft:
20. Thank's chris like I said before "Individual" and anyway if we were all doing the same how boring would that be ;) I love your's on the Steels :afro:
21. I'll have an update wheel wise soon "I'm impressed" but I'll let you guy's decide if I have done right....
22. Get up for the RR session I am interested to see what has been extracted with the aid of a Stealth map it may even convince me to get mine done by Vince
