Thx Rob she will be getting some paint possibly over the winter this year. Couple of things I'm not happy with. The wax I used gave it a really good finish Auto Finesse stuff great to use too.

I'm 45!!! Also using no claims 10 yrs it's the R32 engine mate that's what I was told because it is a "fast engine "? Well it's lazily quick!!!! [emoji4]

Had a couple from others on forum no good prestige was saying around £850 without knowing my age ncd etc. I ended up getting it through Lancaster who I insure cavalier with brilliant team totally go out their way for you. I'm well happy [emoji3]

little update I was toying with putting a metal sunroof back in but I liked the Glass roof so after buying Corrado sunroof seals for the metal panel I ended up getting one for the glass roof. Phoned dealer with part no off panel and it turns out to be a polo classic sunroof!! Here it is fitted Went for a drive car feels so much better with new rack fitted. Got back in just before rain If anybody needs a sunroof seal I have 2 for sale £60 posted pm me if you are interested. Thx for looking.

(nevermind the rs rep's etc)I seem to remember you owned this and possibly the best set of 301's in the country man time's have changed.....
