coedcae lane industrial estate pontyclun,M4 junction 34, about 20 mins drive from where you live mate. come off at 34 head for llantrisant, straight throu two sets of traffic lights, first left at round about, straight across the next, straight on at lights, first left here at next roundbout, yet another round about you need to take the second exit to codecae lane, but be carefull this looks like the first exit so take it "oposite loreal's factory". 50 yards turn left right by TNT parcels, small few ind. units, first right and its on your left. regards kevin

to get everything to work correctly you need them ,but you can run it on the anoulogue clocks,if the car has the later style clocks in ie" two lcd readouts" they will work fine exept for the boost gauge.if it has the early clocks "one read out" quite a few things wont work correctly. g60 clocks are specific to a g60 so to behonest you would be better of getting them as it makes things a lot easier.what is the red line on the clocks you have ? as the g60 ones are lower than valvers. as for the document i have mailed it off to you. good luck regards kevin

no mate you dont need to take the engine back out !!just remove the brake hydraulics off the bulk head to feed the g60 loom into the car."servo and master"you will then see the hole where the loom enters the cockpit. its basicly plug and play from there on in but you do need to alter some of the loom to make it work correctly assuming that you have g60 clocks??? as for the fuel lines these are straight forward.you will just need about half a meter of proper fuel hose ,from any autofactor or hose specialist cost about £1.50. i have a document i can send you explaining what you need to do to the loom. if you would like a copy of the document let me know and i will send it to you,i have done two of these converions and this help no end. regards kevin

yeah, true. :) aye, good point ant, dont suppose the t-body would magically unport itself  the mpg on the motorway is prolly around 25 going off the mfa... just read a post on dubforce, sounds like someone has a similar problem to what i had/the backfiring etc, says his lambda was sticking at 0.5 volts,my afr gauge sometimes stays sat in the same place,i just presumed it was needing that many volts at that particular time? may test the actual lambda again to make sure its still alright. it should definately fluctuate every single second right? has my oil overfill damaged it do ya think? cheers guys, neil. hello neil thats me on the dub force forum the new lambda has not sorted the problem thou,i have a stage 5 sns chip in aswell mate regards kevin

hello mate hows your luck !! have you got to the bottom of your recent problem? as for your afr ,according to the duostyling web site it should fluctuate between,lean/ok when up to temp at idel. and when under load ok/rich. i have the same afr and according to there web site mine works correct. have you soldered the wires or used the clamp on connectors that came with the gauge???when i first fitted the gauge i used the clamp on connectors and the readings where all over the place, fitted a new lambda sensor and new loom connector at the same time this weekend and readings are perfect "according to duo's website" cars running better too i still have a few problems with my idel that need to be sorted ,thats why i have replaced all of the above, but still not got to the bottom of it.... the fun of a g-ladder regards kevin

just been on the duostyling web site and they tell you that it should function very quickly, and at idle it should read between lean and ok http://WWW.duostyling.com and click "support" lots of info on there regards kevin
-
seems a bit weird this as i checked my lamda as well and it was fine, could always be a bad wire/connection as when mines cold it reads ok but as soon as it warms up it goes ballistic lean /rich kevin
-
fitted mine today and at idle it it goes from, lean / ok,lean /ok. could it be a faulty lambda probe/ wiring. regards kevin

thats what mine reads as it used to be a valver, its sounds that your car has been converted, you can change the engine number but not the vehicle type when doing a conversion. when i did mine i was under the immpression that i could change the type "16v to g60" but you can't so what i have a 16v corrado with g60 running gear, but says 16v on log book. I tryed everything mate and the dvla would not budge regards kevin

thanks m8,but i dont have a clue what you mean about the co pot? 500 ohms? pins? take of the connector plug to the co pot and you will see on the plug still attached to the pot three pins, hook up your multimeter in ohms mode and attach the leads from it to the outer two pins on the co pot. there you will get a reading, low is rich high is lean, about 500 ohms is safe ,to adjust the reading ,pop out the blue plug on the co pot and insert a screw driver to alter reading,it that simple mate good luck regards kevin
