how fast are they through the gears??some lads saying his will do 85 mph in 2nd gear,i know they are wicked little cars but 85 in 2nd,if its true im buying myself a g40 gearbox and stick the 2nd gear cogs in mine :? :shock:

no pros really,just cant get any grip in 1st and second and on some roads 3rd gears :shock:

just reading some posts on the corrado e groups faq's page and someone has used a golf gti headlight switch,just make sure it has 11 pins

you can get some bits off ebay,but that metal strip above the bumper is part of the front panel which costs mega bucks someone on here had to get one and it cost something like £700 :shock:

whoops i got it wrong sorry :oops: ..the headlight was cheaper from the dealers..got the foglight from gpc,think it was something like £80

not sure about the indicator,but you can get the fog light from the dealers,who are cheaper than gpc etc..gpc even told me to go to the dealers because they are cheaper..must be a first :lol:

im sure ive read some where that a switch off a seat toledo fits,dont know what it looks like though,would be a quick fix to get you going again
