The long hardline wouldnt as LHD has a different part number but the flexi and coil hardline would as it fits both If you have one you can send me to copy i could get a LHD version done as the LHD versiopn is also the same one as used on Golf G60s

Hi Thank you for the feedback. The new product is the same on the inner bore. Its decieving in that image, as against an original its not that thin. Both parts were replicated from Stuarts parts from his corrado. He has a goodridge set i am hoping he will fit this up and test it out for me but i am confident from inspecting the sample when it arrived here that its spot on.

Hi All How are you I have been working on getting a new hydraulic clutch flexi made up recently. It has now turned into replica of the original rather than a flexi that i know some companies currently offer Before we place an order for these i thought i would post and see what peoples opinions are, and whether you would buy it. It would retail around £60-80 yet to confirm. Original prices for the hardline and flexi from vw when available were £76.31 for the flexi and coil hardline and £14.90 for the hardline Plus ours will be made by goodridge who are an OE approved supplier made in the UK so will be the best quality you can get Big thanks to Stuart off here that lent me some parts. I sent him the first prototype last week to trial fit although i am confident it will fit fine

we carry one at vw heritage https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/535121251B/radiator-mk2-golf-corrado-g60-430mm/ It is a reproduction but just had a look and we havnt had any returns on it since we have had it in stock. Would be covered by a years warranty too. We used to list the genuine one but classic parts made it NLA

This one fits KR and 9A engines, not VR6, the return pipe to go with it is the same as the mk2 so i have already made that but want to have the pair available for you all also still looking for a complete bonnet cable with fittings

Hi, The part i have had re manned is 357-721-465/A just the flexi part, it doesnt include the coiled part as instead the complete line is a flexi. If someone can get me the hardline 536-721-477/A i will happily look into getting that re made also, maybe not in the original VW stuff but from something similar or an alternative possibly. The above chassis info is spot on. also lists to fit LHD cars up to chassis >>50-M-012 992

Hi Its the flexi pipe

Hi All Ive had a hydraulic clutch line made here at heritage by goodridge as the original is NLA. Is there anyone that can test fit it for me to check its all OK. You can obviously then keep it so i not asking to fit and remove or keep as a spare providing it is all OK If you can or would like to help please drop me a pm. it is also the same on a corrado G60

Hi All I am after the hard/flexi line from the fuel filter to the acumulator under the car. I have re made the other feed pipe that runs from the acumulator to fuel pump as it fits mk2 Golf also but want to be able to have both the rado ones too as i know they do tend to rust. The Golf ones we have made with goodridge so they are stainless and braided to also stop the flexi part collapsing as we noticed it did on some of the cheap repro versions. Has anyone got one i can have / buy to replicate? Part number is 535-201-218/A
-
Hi All Am after one of these as a sample to re make as we have just made golf ones. Can anyone help OE part number is 535-201-218/A
-
still on the hunt for a complete cable and all the bits involved if anyone can help
-
Hi Bigdave You were indeed one of the people that has asked What I need is the parts you would want making, we cant always guarantee you would get them back but we certainly have someone that can do the cable part
-
from my experience working at heritage and producing things, the time it takes varies depending where the supplier is. the carpet we did took around 3 months, obviously newton commercial are in the UK so things were fairly simple. Ive done a 16V metal water pipe and this has taken around 8-10 months as they are really far away, manufacturing especially with suppliers in china and the other side of the world, does take time, with shipping samples back and forward, testing, etc. Also depends on teh supplier, some can be pretty slow, although we try to be honest with our customers about the time its taking.

Hi Guys One of our chaps was asked for a bonnet cable this weekend, apparently is a common problem to fail on the corrado. Im unsure if this is the case as ive not been asked before for one Is this a problem part? I cant find anything available so it is something I would need to source second hand and get made. Worth it for me to do it or not?
-
I reckon I could do it myself so on that I reckon if you have some tools, and some simple knowledge of the car then you will be able to do it no problem over a weekend

There are some images on our website of the actual product, https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/535863919/underfelt-kit-for-under-carpet-standard-kit-corrado/ https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/535863919D/underfelt-kit-for-under-carpet-deluxe-corrado/ I can get some close ups if that would help Please feel free to drop me an e mail anna@vwheritage.com

Hi All The left hand drive carpet set is now ready! Newtons will be running a batch in the next couple of weeks
-
Hi All I am still in need of a leftie corrado to test fit a carpet too so we can start a productin run and help out our european friends. Can anyone help that is close to us at heritage or close to newton commercial in suffolk. You will end up with a free carpet whether you decide to keep it fitted in the car or not, they would happily put the original back in for you. pretty stuck with this now so willing to do what we can to find a car.
-
Thanks for the great feedback guys its great to hear, We do try our best and like said before, any problems or help you need feel free to drop me a PM or e mail anytime

Hi All The left is currently still available via VW and i also have some samples here that i was going to look to get made but roof mouldings, same with mk2 thst have been obsolete for some time are complicated and tooling cost is mega so it would have to weighed up against how many corrados there are and how many you would sell, as said Minimum order quantites when making bits is rather high. For now its not on my list but i know i have teh samples and if someone else gets production going with a good reproduction we would be interested in buying some at the right price with the right margin for covering costs for sure so will be interesting to see what happens with these At teh moment i have a really good rubber supplier that are making soem cracking rubber parts, bushes, grommets etc, they cant do seals as they are extrusions so if anyone has any suggestions on rubber bits, boots, etc then feel free to pm me them :-)
