thanks Yega. Took me a while to find the right one but glad I did. There is a well sorted G60 in the for sale section in Birmingham. Spoken to the seller and there are some nice mods to it too so not much work required on it.

I may be up for one of these in a couple months if you will still be doing them?

How much for a set of front and rears on a 95 valver along with any nuts and bolts required? If I am gonna do it all I may as well replace all nuts and bolts and washers etc. Yes I am that anal about it hahahaha

Well folks I know I was after a G60 but financial constraints and lack of time now and forced me to reconsider. I can however say that on Saturday morning I shall be the proud owner of a 95 valver :cheers: 147K on the clock, 98% service history, all electrics working 100% and benefits from a recent respray to freshen up the tired looking paintwork in midnight blue I think is the colour. Will post some pictures when i get here. the wheels she comes with are not the greatest but thankfully that is something that is easily remedied :thumbleft:

Top job Riley! I will be on the lookout for a set of the A's myself. Can you confirm the sizes and offset of them so I know exactly what to ask for also your tyre sizes on those wheels as the look is perfect.

Thanks mate, I will ask him. He wants 1400 for it and it does benefit from a recent full body respray so i think it is a good deal or maybe I could haggle the price down a wee bit. It is a 95 model on an N reg.

So I am looking at a valver which the seller says all electrics work apart from the sunroof. How easy is it to get this rectifies and wha could the possible issue be?

Spotted this beauty on facebooks corrado thread. What a frikken stunning example of a car and is the owner on this forum?

I have sent a few messages regarding the corrado they are selling but as yet no reply. I thought it was common practice to put contact details on a for sale advert or am I wrong? The Leon is sold andf my hunt has begun for a rado but going though the for sale list on the forum for starters is proving to be a right pain since no one replies to messages. A little frustrated lol. If anyone here has contact with shuttlepants please ask them to advise if the car is still for sale or sold already. Looking forward to finally getting one and being a proud owner of a corrado :-)

Looking at a valver in North London tomorrow. It has been stood off the road for over 10 years!!! All tyres flat, batter flat etc. How much work you reckon it would take to get it going on the road again? Around 40K on the clock so I know apart from the obvious serviceing and brakes all round and battery what else could be potentially broken? The asking price is about 1500.00 which I thi9nk is a bit steep considering work that needs doing to it.

Thanks for the replies guys. JMC you have hit the nail on the head for me mate. Every G60 I have seen for sale so far seems to have the pre-FL bonnet and I have not seen one with the facelifted interior. So if I find one with the FL body I am pretty sure I can change the interior too if one comes up for sale? I do like the FL interior a lot...... Still want to see some pics here of the two if anyone has some please.

Can anyone stick up two pics here of the pre facelift and then the face lift G60 or even VR for that matter as I am confused as to what the difference is between them. Looks like the Leon may be going soon too :cheers: This naturally means that my hunt for a rado will begin shortly. I have decided on a G60 but will be looking specifically gor a face lifted one if I can find one :scratch:
