I think it looks brilliant! you should pat yourself on the back! but then look at my bumper in my sig,not sure if it goes down well with "the crowd" but im happy with it
-
Mines 120mm at back and scrubs like fcuk

VW SPORT in Nottingham do the extra deep ones There phone number is in golf mag and pvw mag
-
The cam needs cutting down to the same length as inlet cam then it needs a chainwheel that has been machined to adjust the timing by 6degrees.I can get these chainwheels on an exchange bases for £40 delivered. Stealth do the WUR mod which is basically adusting the fuel pressure which goes thro the Warm up regulator. the fuel travels from meterhead thro wur and back again and the longer it takes to get back, the higher the flap travels in meterhead, allowing more fuel.So if you lower the pressure thro the wur it takes longer to get back, increasing the fuel across the whole rev range! Stealth can get a maximum of 155bhp from a standard 1.8 16v for about £50

Have you seen the Corrado in Performance VW magazine????
flusted replied to C. Will Corrado G60 2's topic in Exterior
Lowering a little? fcuk that, slam it and pimp it!!! -
It depends how light you go.My girlfriend jumped in my car and drove it after the flywheel and she noticed it picked up easier but notice anything else (and this is a woman were talking about!)
-
The flywheel for the 16v corrado is huge and very heavy! I had mine lightened to half its weight and didnt notice any side affects!
-
I have 1 on 16v.I think it reduces transmission losses so affectivly more bhp at the wheels
-
so, what are the part no.'s needed to do this then?
-
Have a look on body mods section topic "car looks strange" few people having bad experiences with eibach springs
-
Are they new? and are they definatly for a corrado? lowering springs for non gti golfs are 10mm higher than gti 1s. seen that before on my mates car. Some people advertise corrado/golf springs, just a guess tho!! They do take time to settle. Another idea If the rubber bushes where not put back at the rear that would give you another approx 30mm drop

Ive got fks same as bcstudent, love em quality is very good and they dont look cheap
-
Stick with standard inlet manifold as said above. If you go for flowed head get a 4branch while your there. Be careful if you go cam route as i know lots of people that have spents £500+ on cams and cars have felt crap afterwards so they went back to standard cams
-
Get it timed up propaly.Stealth said mines set at 8 degrees and it doesnt pink (or brown  )
-
Dont want people to go wrong where i have before! When my car went to stealth it was 2 teeth retarded on cam belt due to woodruff key snapping which made the chainwheels a tooth out each way NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!!
-
WOOOOOOOOAAAA You have got a chainwheel with a new keyway cut havent you??? If your just guna flip the cam over without the modded wheel it will run like shite and go even worse
-
i meant th exhaust cams are the same from 9a and kr.
-
Ive wound my fronts down so they hit the tyres, then put it up about 5mm thats on h&r coilovers i think the coilovers do 140mm drop and i only have about 20mm of thread left  doesnt rub either I might have a go at making an arch rollin tool as there was instructions in a golf mag.
-
The exhaust cams are the same! Go for the kr inlet cam or you can mod an exhaust cam to fit as an inlet cam as ive done.
-
When i fitted mine i didnt really notice much difference but as a package (as you can see in my sig) I got very good results! Remember the 16v head has to flow zorst gases at nearly a right angle out of head thats why vw use a wilder zorst cam so any mod that increases the exit of gases can only help
-
Ive got passat 1s on mine! used the latches to match handles and they work fine
-
check this out http://www.scirocco16v.com/tech/faq_40mm_or_50mm.htm Interesting about heads
-
You will need the correct flywheel that matches the gearbox.Still wouldnt use that block without the breather as it will just blow up
-
I used gunk and got it on my painted bumper on my golf and it peeled the paint off
-
The 3a is no good. You need a 6a,9a or abf. The 3a is an 8v and doesnt have the correct recesses in the pistons for 16valves,or a oil breather on the front of the blockor none of the above that dave stated.
