If you buy 1 you might want to heat wrap it.The hottor the manifold,the quicker it draws the gases out,and also the manifolds in stainless make a tinny noise on acceleration. I didnt bother with mine tho -
The box on the downpipe doesnt actually have anything in it so its not a restriction.4 boxes is standard on kr corrado. Im running 4branch with 3 silencer system,did have straight thru to backbox but car lost power :cry:

You need to get the rado tuned. I took mine to stealth thinking it was performing ok,only to find it was making 120bhp :cry: 2hours later and a new cam wheel and it made 162bhp and felt like a missile :mrgreen: Also 160k isnt bad, i know of one thats done 250k on orignal engine with not much service history!

Allard motorsport do polished alloy header tanks and are prepared to make washer bottles if you send them your old one as a template.Trimsport do the polished dipstcks etc...

What would be involved in doing this coversion? does the g60 loom plug straight into 16v fuse box and can i use 16v gearbox? Thanks in advance

The stud pattern is different aswell between 16v and 8v g60

In that case,mines missing as i removed my bumper and no senders anywhere. Next question is,does anyone no the colour of the plug/wires that go into sender and do they come down from hole behind headlight driverside? Thanks in advance

My mfa reading is -40deg which i know can be cold sometimes in uk but thats rippin it :lol: Cant find it anywhere,i thought it went in front bumper but no sign so maybe its been unplugged,if so,can someone tell me the colours of the wires to it and il bodge a mk2 gti 1 on there Thanks in advance

Got the uprated loom but im using some really blue bulbs and i cant see sh*t at night! What can anyone recomend? Was someone on this forum selling phillips vision bulbs?

Ive seen 2 2l 16vs,1 k-jet,1 throttle bodies and both the same mods and same power! k-jets good for over 200bhp anyway so better putting money elsewhere. 2l 9a, flowed head etc

If you change the slam panel you can leave rad in place and i think you can leave bumper on aswell. Disconnect headlight plugs " " bonnet cable " " Horn plugs Undo the 10mm headed bolts that hold the rad mounts to the panel then undo the fixing bolts and bobs your uncle

Ive fitted a diapragm atmospheric one to my mates 20v seat cupra with no probs! Your best going for a piston type one. I like the idea of the turbo smart one which recirculates at low rpm and dumps to atmosphere when largin it! (bit costy tho)
