I already made an uprated loom a few weeks ago so no probs there. I just fitted the h4 bulbs in and plugged them in! I think they are e36 lights from a 4door but i dont think that makes a difference.I didnt cut any off the car,just a bit off the headlight plastic surround thingy.Im guna fit them a bit better tomorrow as they line up perfect on the car but the beams are about 1meter in front of bumper! Il try and post some more pics tomorrow! The reason behind 1 being dimmer is theres a bulb out on the nearside angel eye!

Not much of a mission at all.Spent about 2hours per light and that includes stripping them down so i could fit my indicators in the spotlights but its not finished. Its never guna be a pro job but it looks better than standard IMO Need to align them 2moro as i cant see fcuk all on the road :cry: If you read the link for the french site,i didnt need to cut the bonnet spring so it made job realy easy apart from the headlights are sealed together with strong glue which was a pain to seperate to get bulbs in!

Not as much torque though :wink: STD G60 has 165 ft/lb Mine pushed 139ft/lbs :wink: As for the cam,mate makes the modded chainwheels so all you need to do is find a spare exhaust cam and press on the new pulley,cut it down to same length as inlet cam and your away! Its worth noting 2l inlet cam has 8.9mm lift and exhaust cam has 10.2!!!!!!!!

No they have a sticker saying they take h4.Which means the other light is redundunt so i can fit my indicator in there 8) Just need to see how the spring for the mech has been bent out of way for lights to fit on yours.If you can take a pic of the mech on the slam panel from the top would be ace. Looked through some of the pics of your car and they made a wicked job of the lights didnt they.Mine are just guna be bodged in compared to that :lol:

Got the lights today and by fluke they accept h4 bulbs which makes it easy for me 8) Il post a pic when they are in :mrgreen:

Raceland do a kit like that.yellow shocks,red springs. Depends how low you like ya car,if it was mine id have it on lowest setting or cut 1 lower :lol:

My leccy windows only work when my doors are open :roll: Ive also noticed my leccy switches and mirror switch arent lighting up either.is there a fuse for mirrors or relay etc??? The only thing i could think of is that the windows are stealing the earth from the door switch Please help as its driving me mad :twisted:

Im pushing more power than a standard g60 on a 1.8 valver.How tight is your budget? i spent about £400 on my engine to acheive that

The springs on the arms are a hell of a lot stronger on the lupo arm, which presses the blade harder against the screen.You will notice on standard arms,when goin above 60mph the wipers nearly lift off the screen and dont clear it very well. If youve got a corrado,dont bother asking questions about these,just go and buy em and enjoy the difference :mrgreen:

How low is yours then bally? :roll: mines not as low as i thought!

Ive tried a few different zorsts on mine and the system i have at the mo is the best>The standard diameter for the zorst is 2&1/4,Ive gone down to 2" as this speeds the gases up and produces more lowdown grunt.I tried fitting a 2&1/4 straight through system justo back box and car felt alot flatter lowdown. My advice would be to get a system made up from someone like powerflow etc as they would make you a 2" system with free flowing boxes and whatever tailpipe design you like

I wanted to run h4 in main bulb and mod the other side to use indicator bulb.Might have cut the h7 housing bit off and bond a h4 one on :roll:

E36 angel eyes with chrome internals and plastic lenses. gotta somehow fit my indicators in em which might be a prob. Cheesy,do you know wot bulbs they take? Are they h4? And cap means bonnet!!!!!

If you find out,can you post it here as id like to know how low mine actually is! I know the golf 16v is 340mm from center of hub nut to wheel arch

Differences are the deep spoiler is the same depth all the way along and the other type raises at the grill. I have that one but im selling it soon as im buying a reiger grill

I started a topic on this not so long ago. I ended up goin for the phillips vision bulbs £16.99 at a1 superstore and made my own loom. The loom mod is unbeleivable and is a must for any corrado owner! Dont buy any off egay as they are all shite, i made this mistake.The osrams and phillips have won awards so must be good
