-
I totally understand wot ya saying,im just trying to think of a way of stoppin water goin up into the filter without moving the scoop. Might try and cut down scoop and fit it in place of foglight?
-
Air is coldest 2 inches from floor which is right about where my scoop is!
-
the standard spoiler is very heavy for wot it is.Id go for 1 if it happens. Carbon isnt chav, its class

Dont think it needs to be very deep as the cars so low  Im hoping the engine wouldnt be able to suck water up at that angle

He already has 1. Flowed head would be a good idea as that made a big differnce on mine. Now im doing this: http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=33224 http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=31043

fitted a pipercross viper cone filter to my 1.8 16v today! started by using a smaller 8v golf airbox and putting a ramp in it using a piece of sheet metal. Then drilled hole inside of box and glued in a 90 degree drainpipe tube.Next i cut the seal off an old paper airfilter and used it to re-seal the airbox to meterhead. Then punched out the cc hole and used another angle of drainpipe to go down through the hole onto my airfilter. I fired the car up and it sounds really nice and you can feel the suction on the end of the filter. Next up,will be the ram-air,air duct using a corner collector drainpipe thingy joined on the bottom of filter What do ya think/

depends wot you call big power

Mine was set at 9deg cos you can run more advance with 2 zorst cams. Your pic of tb looks good but when i did mine,i removed the spindles and ground them down loads and fitted counter sunk screws in them aswell as the spindle in small butterfly is HUGE
