Late Black G60

After 6 months of on/off searching i bought a 1992 black g60. :D

2 owners from new,pretty much boggo standard apart from a superchip and an anodised??? 70mm charger pulley.

 

not sure of any plans yet,would love coilovers dropped over some deep dish 9x16's but all (edit:most) :lol: my moneys going into the mk1 at the mo... :oops:

cheers,had the mk1 nearly 6 years now...

 

today has not been good :mad:

 

spent hours trying to fit a single wiper which is absolute fuckin sh1te,so im sending it back.

 

and then reversing out of my mates garage,i went right into a chavved/fibreglassed/piece a sh1t pug 106 thing?.

 

smashed fibreglass everywhere.

 

havent looked at the rear of the raddo,cant be ar$ed and dont wanna know...

fitted the de-cat pipe today! :D

 

sounds totally diffarent,more throaty!

 

and theres a real difference mostly at the bottom end i reckon,but it seems to rev better all the way through the rev range.

 

as per usual though it wasnt a straight fit,it wasnt long enough :? had to chop it in the middle and put a piece in but all went smoothly apart from that. 8)

basically it just seems to rev better.

 

the heat shield had been welded to the cat with bird sh1t,it was blowing and rattling at 2k ish rpm,doing my friggin head in!

 

sounds real good now though,not over the top. :D

Yeah, all reds are my favourites, smoked would be be better IMO but we can't all have the same taste. As long as you're happy riley. You got my taste in rims though, was wondering what black centered BBS looked like!

carpoid, thanks m8,i travelled 570 miles/8 hours for the c.

been looking for around 6 mths,had to black and mint weather it was g60 or anything else!

 

its done 132k! with a very full history,2 owners from new.

 

had a stage 2 rebuild 10k miles ago along with a superchip.

 

and yeah im thinking a black centered deep dish rim would look sweet as feck 8)
