is my intermittent wiper dodgy?

right guys,what should the time be inbetween sweeps on intermittent(front)?

 

or is it adjustable some how? :oops:

 

with using the wash/wipe a bit lately the inter setting seems very random :?

 

between like 1 second upto maybe 10?!

flick the switch, it wipes.... turn off then wait till u r ready, then back on..... the interval is set......

you mean put the lever down,off,down again,and the 'off' time is the time between sweeps?

not all no mostly late models but you can get the relay and upgrade your set up if you havnt got it.

Tried it, and it works on mine - which is a bit of a cross-over model (i.e. new body bits/old trim). This functionality doesn't seem to be mentioned in the handbook though. All it says it that the intermittant is approx 6 secs.

Heh heh, I already knew from reading CF that was how the wiper worked, but I hadn't realised it's not explicitly mentioned in the manual :roll: :lol:

What you want is a hella raintronic system, flick it to intermittant wipe and when the screen gets wet it wipes, when its dry it dont! another lazy mans gadget for me then :D
