Louie Lungbubble 0 Posted March 25, 2005 Ermmmm....... Are we all, er, improper members?   First off mate. Your car looks pretty 8) . Apart from you having a funkier badge on the front grille , it looks a lot like mine does in its (dark burgundy?) colour, with the 4x4 original suspension stance at the back! Have a good think about those VW stickers on the doors, though. Welcome aboard (finally) matey. :)

redwoodkp 0 Posted March 25, 2005 I have the exact same wheels on my 1.8 valver and when dropped 40mm they look even better on the car. They wouldn't have been my first choice as they were on the car when i bought it but they've grown on me! Top car!
bristolbaron 10 Posted March 25, 2005 Hi! Looks tidy mate, but needs dropping! godskitchen, low miles and FSH, he could get a couple of months :D
marcus 0 Posted March 26, 2005 Welcome BUD - OOOOooooo all that mis-useage and condensation over the years....... hope its worth 'Da Dough'/????
Phil K 0 Posted March 26, 2005 Nice looking C and even better looking milage!!! Does need dropping though... I kinda like the dub badges on the doors TBH and would guess they were put on at the showroom rather than after original purchase 8) As for the wheels, I wasn't too keen on them whem I looked at your thread yesterday but tbh they are growing on me and like redwoodkp said they will look better for being closer to the arches! Are you planning to keep it as a nice clean original example (with a slight drop ;) ) or will it be taken further? oh yeah, and welcome to the forum matey... Guest Posted March 26, 2005 Welcome mate. Corrados seem to be proving very popular in Ireland at the moment. Thought about what you are going to do to it? Mod wise?
Doire Bhoy 0 Posted March 26, 2005 Cheers all. the wheels wouldnt hav been my first choice either redwoodkp but like yourself were on the car when i got her. I shopped about for a clean unmodded example so i think ill keep it that way, will def get it dropped tho as agree with u all about the height.
