And I thought I was dedicated... not exactly the warmest job to be doing in those weather conditions either.

Looks great... respect!

You took your entire engine out to clean your engine bay!? :salute:

I also replacd the water pump and other bits. So not wuite just to clean. But look how dirty the PO left it, there was no other way to get it that clean.

I am currently Porting and polishing a head and intake manifold that I hope to have on mid to late summer.

It is a Neuspeed strut bar, but I removed the sticker and put on a Kompressor Kanada one.

I'm surprised you didn't spot Nuespeed's fine craftmanship Henny! They're very unique looking, and solid (I,e no hinges) which I like

it was the sticker change which had thrown me... I like the Neuspeed ones for the same reasons, I just don't like their price too much! ;)

How long did it take - the removal, bay cleaning and reinstall, i mean?

cool job - in more ways than one.

Must admit though that while it looks great I tend to leave the factory protection in place on mine - even though it looks sh1te.

removal was a couple hours, cleaning, replacing bits and detailing was over a couple of weeks and the install was a few hours
