Post up your unique mods

Recommended Posts

An idea stolen from a forum on VW Vortex.

Post up pictures of your totally unique Corrado mods. They have to be unique and if they can be proved otherwise by photographic evidence a MOD should remove them.. :p Would be interesting to get some little nuggets.

I am not talking a different set of wheels to everyone else, or a different coloured air filter. I mean things that are "a nice touch", to hopefully spread ideas around.

I will kick things off with something I think is unique on mine. Mazda MX5 wing mirrors. Not seen it on another Corrado yet.

Got a Passat W8 interior light, which not only provides decent illumination at night has a reading light for either side and a neat red ambient glow that comes on when the headlights are on. Goes will with the red dash (when I get it finished).

Would post a pic, but I'm in Houston and my car is 5000 miles away...

My unique mods are as follows, for pics see my gallery as I can't be bothered to post pics, hehehe...

Would 4wd in a corrado (done 3 years ago!) and a TVR interior including all TVR switches and warning lights be unique, or is it just plan coockoo?

Unfortunately, judging by the turn out at BVF, I don't think that's unique mate

Passat abs/seat belt/towing warning light block? Unfortunately, I've yet to wire up the non-standard warning lamps, but ONE day... ;)

Lol! Well, I DO have a tow bar, but it's only for the bike rack, so I suspect I'd change the symbol to something else. Could do an alarm/imoboliser relocation álá Chrisvr6nos, or would that just be plagarism..? ;)

oi! that was me not Mr NOS   credit where credit's due!

Thats probably a much better location for it than where mine is as its not very visible from outside the car... not much of a deterant! if i was doing it again i'd put it on the left of the clock unit. Its not plagarism, I'm more than happy for my idea to be used by anyone and everyone! (i'm sure i cant be the first to have done it anyway!)
