Kevin Bacon 5 Posted July 13, 2005 VR6s were jacked up to that height from 94 on.... When launched, the C was a low car and VW recieved complaints about grounding out, hence the jacked up height and 55mm chin spoiler on later cars.

Jim 2 Posted July 15, 2005 I was just gonna say 'Yet another BBS inspired' design but felt a bit of nit picking was in order ;) lol :D
Baz2004 0 Posted July 15, 2005 Do BBS RSII come in 17s? I always thought they started around 18'? Im looking for 16' BBS split rims RC/RX design I take it these DTMs are fake splits?
Baz2004 0 Posted July 15, 2005 I saw these 16' RS2s (splits) on a bora before They also come on mrk 3 cabrios I guess they have updated the look and name to RSII

Baz, the BBS that start at 18s I think you're thinking of are LMs. Although you can get 17" LMs in Japan  The 16" Mk3 Anniversary rim is the RXII made by BBS to VW spec. Pic of the non VW RXII (slightly different design round the wheel bolts, otherwise identical):
Baz2004 0 Posted July 15, 2005 The RS2s were factory BBS option for the Bora 5X100 16s, they are on this website http://www.carprices.dk/vw.html Was the ani mrk 3 4X100? That would explain them being on a carbio. Are these non VW RXIIs available in 16s? I always thought these were like the LMs starting at 17 or 18s. Even so I doubt either (LM/RSII) are available 4X100. It makes no difference really 16’ mrk 3 RS2 splits are what I’m after.
