SteveVPK 0 Posted October 30, 2005 Yes I know im sad  I haven’t seen this done before although I sure it has anyway I picked up a passenger side seat from my local scrap yard last week and this weekend I spent a few hours converting it in to an office chair, this was my first attempt at any thing like this and im quite pleased with the outcome, just need a few pieces of trim to finish it so what do you think?? Blair 0 Posted October 30, 2005 Now that's class! I reckon that's an affordable way back into (partial) Corrado ownership. Anyone going to take it one step further and slam the seat on a set of 5 caster-bearing 18" BBS? :)

dinkus 10 Posted October 30, 2005 chimo has a Recaro from a Limited Jetta as a computer chair - it's uber comfortable. I think he just bolted the seat to a bit of chipboard then bolted that to the old chair base tho, so not quite as advanced engineering as this 8)
