veeDuB_Rado 0 Posted January 9, 2006 for some reason I cant add no more to that post? Some info on the bottom picture: Corrado Magnum Combi On the IAA 1989 a keen corrado friend could see a new attraction: The Corrado Magnum Combi. This car was developed by the construction company PEGAM in Osnabrueck and by the company Design+Technik very carefully designed. With this rebuild they made of a Wolfsburger Coupe a 4 seated family car, although afterwards it should be slightly faster because of the new CW-value because it was lowered by 0,308. The sportive Combi offered place to 4 persons. The seats in the back are easyly to pull down. So they accomlished a loadingspace of 490L. The big rear lid of the Corrado Magnum Combi makes it possibly to easyly load the car. Originally they would make an exclusive series of 100 cars and the complete rebuild should cost then 22.000 DM. But this was never realized and there are only 2 Magnum Combi's of the foreseries.

chrishill 0 Posted January 9, 2006 needs lowering :D
veeDuB_Rado 0 Posted January 9, 2006 needs lowering :D Agreed, see how on the Zender one they have removed the rear seats unlike the other one. I'll try and find some more info on it...
chrishill 0 Posted January 9, 2006 have they actually taken out the seats on the zender one or is it just that they dont protrude beyond the top of the car, and so arent visible? there certainly looks like theres enough room for people in the back... Stormin Dave 0 Posted January 9, 2006 hee hee i am digging the bloke with the tash :) Yeah, it's as though he's trying to hide as we speak :D. Just when he thought he'd never see his photo again..!
craigowl 0 Posted January 9, 2006 Forgive veering off topic, but I thought you might like to see a tasteful 'tache. Taken in 1971. The Roberto Rivelino (Brazil World Cup team 1970) look was regarded as kinda cool. ! The seventies "the decade that taste forgot" What gave someone that idea?
Stormin Dave 0 Posted January 9, 2006 All of a sudden Craig, the 'tache has been replaced in my mind by a lovely pair of 70's socks.. Top form..!
veeDuB_Rado 0 Posted January 9, 2006  , the 70's, the decade where fashion didn't exist!
.Rich. 0 Posted January 9, 2006 What you on about? 70's fashion rocked - short skirts, hot pants and high boots!
Ronan 0 Posted January 9, 2006 What you on about? 70's fashion rocked - short skirts, hot pants and high boots! Motion seconded, and carried!
craigowl 0 Posted January 9, 2006 .Rich. said: short skirts, hot pants and high boots! Those started in 60s - I saw my first girl in miniskirt in, I reckon, 1964 at a party in Berkshire. She was the only one wearing one and, believe me, you could not take your eyes off the phenomenon. By the 70s some guys were probably mincin' down to the Y..M..C..A..wearing the above and the obligatory 'tache. :silly: PS Socks were knitted by mother-in-law. You had to wear 'em, didn't you?
