1/18th Scale Corrado Model

Recommended Posts

Sweet! Its amazing the sort of resurgence the Corrado has had in the past few years.

Will definately buy one of these - similarly to Musicman its about the only way for me to get into Corrado ownership for the meantime :(

like this one clicky

they do them in clear lexan and solid white abs.

Seen that one at Dirk's back in December, not bad. Although they're offered by a UK-person, they're popular as heck in Germany :-)

I don't think the spare he's taking out of the yellow Corrado (in the workshop set) is a space saver. Mind you he may be the first to get 24" rims on!!!!

i managed to pick this up off ebay for virtually no money....and it`s mint, i`ve been looking at others but the prices just seem to rocket out of any sensible price bracket

love it, however they are missing the elusive "corrado" keychain made by VW in limited supply. it says corrado in the standard lettering

Or the genuine Karmann Corrado keychain, that I was given as a present by those that joined in on the Karmann trip last September (once again: Big thanks for that, folks!). Too good to use, so it's kept in my Type 53 memorabilia box, which is taken to shows etc. :-)

Bah - I've just realised that in the last week some c**t has nicked my model Golf Mk1 GTI off my monitor at work :(

Thankfully I have another kit sitting in a box at home waiting to be made...but what a scumbag.
