ardandy 0 Posted March 24, 2006 1, I seem to remember reading somewhere that Corrado is a spanish word/place? Is that true or did I dream it one night? 2, What the hell is "Terminal speed", mentioned in the Wiki? 91.6 mph? 3, Why does it break when you've just saved up enough to get something you want for it! And then have to spend the money on the repair instead! 4, What the hell is missing in this picture (button blank with arrow)? I though I had everything! Trig 0 Posted March 24, 2006 1, I seem to remember reading somewhere that Corrado is a spanish word/place? Is that true or did I dream it one night? Spanish for 'Sprint' :)
VR6 0 Posted March 24, 2006 Isn't it something to do with wind? Most of the other names are!
dinkus 10 Posted March 24, 2006 1. I think it's a non-existant derivation of the Spanish word 'to run' hence, Sprinter magazine. May also have something to do with wind (Scirocco is sommant to do with wind I think?) 2. It's the speed that your speedo says just before you lose your license  3. The joys of a hand-built, low-production car. That and it's part of the love/hate cycle - without it you don't feel as good when everything is working 4. You obviously didn't get the hyperdrive fitted to yours, that's where mine is.
Trig 0 Posted March 24, 2006 4, What the hell is missing in this picture (button blank with arrow)? I though I had everything! That's normally the button you press to stop things breaking. ;)

Trig 0 Posted March 24, 2006 ardandy, probably not meant to do anything but they put a fake button there to fill the space. What else would have gone there..?
ardandy 0 Posted March 24, 2006 Thats what baffled me! Any other options we've not thought of?
timg60 0 Posted March 24, 2006 Thats what baffled me! Any other options we've not thought of? Ask those kinda questions and this could go on for a very long time. Revolving number plates for evading the long arm would be my favorite :D
dinkus 10 Posted March 24, 2006 The only buttons that exist for them are: Front fogs Rear fogs Double width ABS warning light (sometimes there, sometimes by the headlight switch) AC Norm AC Max Heated seats x2 Rear screen heater So I think everyone has a blank... ardandy 0 Posted March 24, 2006 What about..... 2, What the hell is "Terminal speed", mentioned in the Wiki? 91.6 mph?
billinjah 0 Posted March 25, 2006 top speed over a given distance id guess that was a 1/4 mile terminal speed for a vr.
Nick 0 Posted March 27, 2006 4. You obviously didn't get the hyperdrive fitted to yours, that's where mine is. PMSL!
Trig 0 Posted March 27, 2006 My ABS light is on that side (no heated seats) so it takes up the space of that button and the one next to it.
ardandy 0 Posted March 27, 2006 My abs is on the right side next to the lights. Guess I have a blanking bit regardless of spec. Hmm, wonder what I can wire up to there? Road Angel Power? Knight Rider Turbo Boost!
Critical_Mass 10 Posted March 27, 2006 Im sure thats a spare space isnt it? Could be wrong. my 94 2.0ltr just had a blank space. heated window on top, front and rear fogs on the bottom and the other top one was blanked out. "corrado" is derived from the Spanish verb 'correr', which means to run or to sprint
