Recaro randomness... early grey cloth seats dont match?!

Cleaning out the car today i noticed that the pattern on my rear seats dont match!

does anyone else with the early cloth interior have the same thing?.. and no, its not that ive just put the bases in the wrong way round. :wink:

I see what your on about, the patterns are oppisite sides, back = blue on left, bottom = blue on right . . ?!

if you follow the colours down, purple runs into green and vise versa..

Ah ok I gotcha, I thought you meant one seat was different to the other!

 

I reckon the pattern is supposed to be like that, it's just the way it goes...

If it really upsets you Baz I'm prepared to swap my platinum interior for yours....

ahh thanks guys.. my bottm is the right way round, so thats not it..

Either the cloth was cut the 'wrong way round' or if the central part of the seat is a uniform shape when the seats were sewn the cloth was stitched the wrong way round.

 

I agree, it doesn't look right. If everyone elses fabric matches up then I guess you have an exclusive in the form of interior trim error.

 

Bit like an unperforated sheet of stamps or a Storm with no sunroof :)
