G60SC_Stoney 0 Posted September 11, 2007 thats just wrong. Its so impractical, so they will probably sell loads to all the toffs. whats the point of the roof being shaped like that?? be prepared for plunging BMW X5 prices soon!
mrbeige 0 Posted September 11, 2007 I don't know about grotesque, but it does look like a Aston Martin on stilts! not quite sure what the point of it is? Maybe it is the new Chelsea Chariot?? Still it'll sell, that's for sure. :?
davidwort 0 Posted September 11, 2007 an off road coupe, great, just what the world needs. If only the Corrado Country had made it into production.
Sonicriot13 0 Posted September 11, 2007 Another pointless crossover. Obviously following volkswagen's lead.... "Let's fill a gap in the market that isn't really there because nobody wants that sort of car but it will sell anyway because invention is now the mother of necessity". vwdeviant 0 Posted September 11, 2007 Sports Activity Coupe... Shame VW beat them to the bat again with the VR6's stock ride height! Another 4x4 too far, mind you will giv me something to point and laugh at! Was getting bored with doing that to X3 drivers.. A real Footaballer's Wife's car TBH, BMW should get back to doing what they did so well in the 90's befor ethey came over all "Niche"...
Toad 0 Posted September 11, 2007 I don't know about grotesque, but it does look like a Aston Martin on stilts! That's exactly what I thought!
corozin 0 Posted September 11, 2007 By building so many SUV models BMW are definately in danger of going down the same plughole as Ford, GM & Chrysler are currently doing in the USA. It's not going to be long before the European Governments start to really punish these types of cars with eco-takes in my opinion. Still... it's not all bad news... fewer BMW's on the road etc etc ;)

The_Dude 0 Posted September 11, 2007 Looks an awful lot like THIS, but I wonder if it will be as good over the dunes?
Tempest 0 Posted September 11, 2007 It's not going to be long before the European Governments start to really punish these types of cars with eco-takes in my opinion. That's the only hope we've got to stop all these misguided people who keep on buying these SUV things from cluttering up our roads, blocking my view at roundabout when I'm in my ultra-lowered sports coupe next to one of these highrisers *yeuch* Tempest
dinkus 10 Posted September 15, 2007 Is it just me, or do the new BMWs all seem to look like fish? The Z4 looks like a whale at the front and that thing looks like some kind of salmon on wheels.. Edit: Yes I'm aware that whales are mammals, not fish
