bcstudent 0 Posted April 10, 2008 That's a crazy amount of work. It's nice to know that however swirly and horrible your paint is, it's not necessarily game over.
nickycooke 0 Posted April 10, 2008 Car looks showroom condition like...Fairplay to the boy... Still a wee bit OTT 4 me like... I'll just stick to the car wash
The_Dude 0 Posted April 10, 2008 What an idiot. Everyone knows you use newspaper on your glass for a mirror finish. Utter waste of of about 4 months methinks! One good blast down a country road and its all ruined.
mrbeige 0 Posted April 10, 2008 Hmmmm OCD? I mean he cleaned the bloody jack for gods sake! There is no doubt it looks good, but it's a Bora TDI, not an Aston Martin.
The Hub 0 Posted April 10, 2008 Good work, but how much "installing" does it take to hang an air freshener of a grab handle

Jim 2 Posted April 11, 2008 Personally I think its fascinating. I haven't the energy to clean a car THAT fastidiously but frankly I wish I did because even though i'm half way down i'm nothing but completely stunned. Mostly because my old Golf was the same colour and in a similarly terrible condition paint wise - interesting to know that with a LOT of effort it could have been rescued! mattnorgrove 0 Posted April 11, 2008 Good work I say, looks at least 1-1.5k added in value. Agreed though, just a bit OTT.
