8)

what are those ones?

i know a man who has died and left a set behind and i wouldn't mind having them, although am sure someone said they wouldn't fit my C.

they are on a transporter pickup at the mo, and looks like there are spacers or adaptors behind them

I'm well into the Borbet A's, can anyone give me the low down on what would be required to fit to a late VR6? I've seen mentions of people gettin arches rolled etc

They are Borbet As - 7.5J front with 9J rears (16") with the flat caps, they are 4 stud, so you'd probably need some sort of adaptor to fit..someone could probably elaborate more! My arches need rolling at the rears, 7.5J fronts clear no probs 8)

My corrado is wound down -60mm btw. Side shot attached.

Again the 5x100 bolt hole version of the A`s to fit a VR are quite hard to find a decent set, you can get 4 stud Borbets still direct from race&road in Wrotham Kent

the only trouble i can see with using 4-5 stub hub adaptors on 9j or 7 1/2 j rims is that the offset is et 15 on 9s and et20 on the 7.5 so any adaptor is gonna push that to around 0 et or - et  which will involve serious arch work and flaring

I only have my rear arch inner lips rolled, fronts are standard, 9j A`s all round with a decent drop and no problems at all :D

But they don't do C's!!!!

No they dont anymore sadly, I wish you had said 3 weeks ago you wanted some C`s!!!!!!!! i had a very cleran set of 5 wheels in 4x100 with very good Michelin tyres on that i was offered for £200.....I knew i should have bought them :brickwall:

I know Byron pretty well from road&race from the old club gti days meets at Brands Hatch, when i go up next to get my flat caps for the A`s i will see what he says and maybe negotiate a forum discount? he might even be able to get Borbet to do a small run on C`s and i would rip his arm off if he could get them to do a few sets of 9x16 Borbet B`s in 4 stud, im sure he could sell 10 sets in no time!!!
