The Corrado Best Forum!!!

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Just wanted to say that Im very tempted to buy another Corrado just for how good this forum is. I now have an R32 and belong to r32oc and the some of the members on there are pretty horrible to talk to. Its nice to be able to come back to a forum where you dont get slandered by members for trying to help by putting your point forward.

The Corrado Forum is definitely the best!!!!

You are absolutely correct. This forum is populated by an extremely high proportion of Incredibly reasonable people, particularly in these tetchy times. :pukeright:

A bit pious, I know, but let's celebrate something positive for once. :salute:

PS - All credit to the mods/administrators who, IMO, consistently use sensible judgement on thorny issues before things get nasty. There is nothing worse than leaving a post on a forum where you worry about how many venomous t0$$ers will kick you in the guts and await your return. I have abandoned a couple like that already. Just dont need that hassle in my life.

Totally 100% agree. It's the only forum I now use as it seems to be full of honest genuine folk who are always happy to help. Well done everyone

This is definitely the best forum in terms of quality of users I have ever used and the best over all. I have also found that other forums for slightly specialist vehicles (I'm talking about my old NC30) tends to attract quality rather than quantity in general.

Must be down to the car guys!

I mean what types of people does an expensive old german coupe attract at the end of the day?

Well actually that doesn't validate the point, my first answer would have been someone stupid

But there must be something about the car that attracts the decent folk!

For me, its that this forum isn't spoiled by "characters" with too much to say, or too many scene points to earn (Edition 38 makes me want to puke). There are also very few chavs. I also like it that there isn't a collective on here 24-7-365 posting thousands of posts a week - people seem to come on, help people out, log off, then get on with real life.

Result!

:notworthy:

I'm just off to go and hide my embarrasing post count. (goes to get coat).

Very true everyone. Im glad I started this but the forum plus MOD/Admin deserve praise. The other forums I wouldnt ask any questions unless someone can answer with a simple YES/NO not "well if you do that your car will be poo and you will lose 1000 scene point and my respect"

This is more about advise, help and chat rather than 'my way or the high way'

I will hold my hands up and say that, on occasion I've given short / terse answers to people. But you have to appreciate when you've been on the forum literally since it started, and people ask questions that come up on average once every 6 months, it's impossible not to get a bit frustrated!

I do try and be civil though, as do all of the mods. Well, most of them ;)
