1973 (M) Beetle with balanced lightened 1600 engine on twin carbs (never finished it to drive it on the road due to university... :cry: )

1981 (X) Golf MKI GTI 1600 5 speed in black

1981 (X) Golf MKI GL Auto 1500 5door in Lhasa green

1982 (Y) Golf MKI GTI 1800 in black (still got it, but with a 1.8 16V engine! ;) )

Corrado 1.8 16v which then converted to 2.1 16v (should count as two cars lol)

Fiat uno turbo (got made a offer that i couldnt refuse)

Corrado g60 (sadly dead now)

1990 H 8v GTI mk2 Golf, converted to a 2.8 VR6 2 years later, then a 2.9 VR6 a year after that. it's now got a rallye floorpan in it.

1984 B mk2 GL auto. ran that for 4 years, great little car.

1987 E 1.6 cl auto- broke it for spares

1989 G mk2 16v. bought it as a bare shell and fitted the parts in my sig to it (except the 4wd)

1990 H jetta syncro, still got that.

1980 V Derby 1.1S still got that

1994 corrado 2.0 8v, son to have everything in my sig fitted to it.

so far i the corrado is the only VW i have owned. Wasn't a massive fan of the Mk2 Golf mainly becuase there are too many of them around. I prefer cars you dont see so often and that not many ppl know about so are suprised when you burn them off at the lights.

Dubs since 1992, in a previous life I had a Mini, Metro HLE 81 X, 82 Y XR3 in sunburst red with Janspeed and richard grant skirts. No, really it was nice!!!!, another Metro HLE on a B. Then I went Rice and had a Corolla GT the RWD one, That got 100Ks worth of abuse. C plate Celica. and then the Corolla again which I swapped for the first MK1. The start of my downfall???

 

80 W mk1 GT1 (rotten). Bought every repair panel going for it. ABE 777 W still got the chassis plate somewhere.
