Hi wondered if you can help. I've replaced my rear drivers side engine mount on my 1991 g60 corrado.

The mount is secured by three long bolt which you can reach from above. However one bolt had a stud on it which secured the oxygen sensor bracket.the stud snapped. Tps and vw can't find this bolt on the parts system . So it's basically a normal rear engine mount bolt with a stud on top.

If someone could find the part number I'd Be most grateful. Cheers

 

Hi Volks, just had a look and this doesn't appear to exist! When you say the oxygen sensor bracket what exactly do you mean? Can't find any sort of bracket on the oxygen/lambda sensor at all.

 

Any chance of a picture?

Hi

This is the picture of the bolt I think it's an m12 bolt with a stud and nut on top that locate the oxygen sensor bracket. The O2 sensor connector slide in the a small metal bracket and the bolts down on top of this stud.

I believe it's not listed as you've mentioned. I'm wondering if it's listed under other model years or mk 2 golf?

Found it!

 

There's two choices, though - An M12x55 with an M8x16 on top, which is fully threaded all the way, part number N -909-678-01

 

or the one listed on the corrados, which is M10x55 with an M8x16 on top, which is threaded part way, part number N -911-270-01

Was the n 911 bolt listed for corrado?

The other one N90967801 is M12 like you said and threaded all the way, like your picture:

Just one more item. I need front brake hose support brackets on my 1991 g60. Theses are bolted to the inner wing that supports the hose. I expect they are obsolete .

Isn't this part of the suspension strut?

No but I know that the later models had the bracket welded onto the inner wing.on the early corrado it's a small black retainer/support bracket that the hose/ pipe sis in.

Ordered a Walbro 255 in tank pump now

The left window regulator is now available at Classic Parts,

cost is £208.25 euros = to £150.70

Part number is: 535837401A

These were over £300.00 back in 2012 from the main dealer.

 

Hopefully the right window regulator will be available soon.

 

Also the Corrado door skins from Classic Parts were just over £500.00 a side,

but I think they've dropped this part now,

as the complete doors are now available, well the left door is.

Cost is £299.00 euros = to £216.35

Part number is: 535831051AN (Left Corrado Door)

i dont think that it is 'everyone saying bad things about expensive' - in general i have found Heritage to be very good value

 

i have also found the service from not only yourself but your colleagues i have spoken with on the phone to be excellent - always very helpful & knowledgeable & to be a little blunt Heritage are massively more helpful than the local VW dealers

 

personally, i think the 'expensive' part normally corresponds to parts you have had reproduced & also to those parts which are hard or impossible to find. obviously we all know & appreciate Heritage need to cover setup & initial order type costs but sometimes the eventual 'price' of an item can be a shock to begin with - however, when compared to the older VW part prices they are often better or very competitive

 

again personally, i would like to thank yourself, luke, martin & george! the 2 parts Heritage sent me last week have enabled me to repair both of my rado's this weekend :D

Thanks, always nice to hear. We do try our best and do understand that some parts can come across expensive. I was more refering to classic parts. Sometimes alot of people think its cheaper to order direct but its usually not.
