OllieVR6 0 Posted July 19, 2011 Well it comes about from a conversation I was having with my dad who just spent a tidy sum on a TT to replace his aged Laguna. I decided that to get something I really wanted I would have to spend a lot more than I have got, so I started playing with the idea of getting the Corrado up to scratch and pondering how much I would want vs need to spend. I decided that if I could get my Corrado how I wanted it for £3k then it would be worth while doing, so I thought a thread like this would give me a very vague idea of what is possible for that sort of amount. frandaman 0 Posted July 19, 2011 Cams, exhaust, shrick and a decent (but discreet and OEM-esque) sound system. I'm just about to throw a bunch of cash at my 'Rado so will be undertaking most of these soon, can't wait
Big'G' 0 Posted July 19, 2011 Paint and engine, i think, or paint and exterior trim. Wish I had £3k.
mr lobitos 0 Posted July 19, 2011 supercharger, arbs and a tank full of super to enjoy it ( second thoughts a tank full of super will probably cost £3k soon)
James. 9 Posted July 19, 2011 you did go and buy another one though mate..!! A miss-guided sense of loyalty ! Smashing the laptop just sealed the deal on a bad week. May I add to the list: 1 x Coilpack 1 x ECU relay Pie and a Pint Hopefully the (Corrado) world will be a better place in a couple of days.
eurospec 10 Posted July 27, 2011 I would strip the whole shell down, remove any rust etc, then get it Acid dipped and galvanized. I'd then re-spray it myself (only costs me for materials), and enjoy having a rust free Corrado!
