Baz2004 0 Posted July 13, 2005 A superb engine a blueprint for any 16V conversion. Let us know how you get on bringing her over to Aus. I might bring my valver over there next yr. Best of luck with it
rmn 0 Posted July 13, 2005 yeah its the blue one alright, its a vw motorsport engine in it! its a fantastic setup but us rhd people have to do it a lot different as the alternator would be in the middle of the servo if we did that system

Jim 2 Posted July 14, 2005 A superb engine a blueprint for any 16V conversion. Let us know how you get on bringing her over to Aus. I might bring my valver over there next yr. Best of luck with it This is a resurrection of an old thread. I believe the Corrado made it over there with a few dings thanks to the careless shipping company, but otherwise no problems. Biggest problem is parts over there.. there are NO other Corrado's out there so expect to have to get stuff mailed over from the UK! :)
Baz2004 0 Posted July 14, 2005 Yeah I remember that thread now. There are plenty of VR6 mrk 3s over there tho and I think the 16V mrk 2 made it over in small quantities but your right not many corrados over there. I was considering bringing 2 over but heard of some stipulation where one car per person per yr can be imported. Still 16VG60s are rare enough in Europe not to mind Aus :D
rmn 0 Posted July 14, 2005 yeah there are at present 3 16v g60's in ireland, soon to be one or 2 more
G60JAY 0 Posted August 24, 2005 Thanks guys. I only just noticed this as i have not been around on here much. I think i will be the only one in oz for a while with a 16vg60. :) Watch out for the next project. A twin turbo 24v 2.8l 4 motion corrado. Watch this space!
