Sorry your having problems, i have ordered 13 models through them over the years and have never had an issue with them sending the wrong model. There customer service is normally good so I am sure you will hear something soon. Mine arrived today and its a great model so if its any consolation I am sure you will be more than happy when yours arrives. MikeVR6 0 Posted January 25, 2013 Mine arrived today as well. No point posting pics, it's the same. Perfect detail although the wheels aren't authentic G60 (early 1.8 16v). Pity the bonnet, doors, boot don't open too. Still, it's a nice addition to my collection. dgdiecast 10 Posted January 25, 2013 If you contact Otto direct they will resolve any delivery mistakes, If you had ordered through dgdiecast, all our models are throughly checked for any damage, blemishes etc and are extremely well packaged before being despatched. corradophil 3 Posted January 26, 2013 I got a response within 24 hours. They asked me to return the Peugeots and they will then send my corrados. They will also refund the postage cost. According to Otto, they have not arrived, and until they do I won't be getting my Corrado models or a refund for return postage. KIPVW 0 Posted February 6, 2013 had exactly the same situation too, they sent the peugeot's instead Grrr! a real cock up by the looks of it. They asked me to send the Pug's back but decided to order 2 more Corrado's which have now arrived and i'm selling the Pug's on ebay instead as they have sold out at OTTO so someone will want them. I didn't want to faff about and risk not getting the Corrado's so took the plunge. Fingers crossed for you they arrive soon but yep comunication is utter pants if you ask me.
