kevinbowe2000 10 Posted January 28, 2014 Been looking at getting these DTM Mirrors Loads of them on Ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160683882028?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 I cant find anyone that supplies base plates for a corrado though. Someone in the states said they got them but that was back in 2008, and someone on here called something like "Flushed" said they used ford focus ones but he hasnt been active since 2010 so cant ask him. Wondering if anyone has installed them with ford focus or lupo or passat or golf base plates etc? Kev
Sean_Jaymo 0 Posted January 28, 2014 I doubt you'll find anyone on here who has done that. It's not that type of forum. OEM plus seems to rule these pages. And rightly so I think!
Dox 23 Posted January 29, 2014 They don't actually look that bad, Jeroen Diks 16V G60
Sean_Jaymo 0 Posted January 29, 2014 I'm not convinced :-(
mic_VR 3 Posted January 29, 2014 ^^ What he said I'm afraid. Why replace our Maclaren F1 mirrors? ;)
seanl82 23 Posted January 29, 2014 DTM mirrors look fugly on just about every motor I've seen them fitted to. Not a fan.
Sean_Jaymo 0 Posted January 29, 2014 I've seen mx5 mirrors grafted on and they almost work but the standard 'mclaren' mirrors do it for me!
kevinbowe2000 10 Posted January 29, 2014 Dox, any idea how to contact the person who fitted those mirrors or who owns the car now to back track to whoever fitted them?
Dox 23 Posted January 29, 2014 http://www.jdengineering.nl/ I've looked on ebay in France / Germany / Belgium without success. The car pictured was built nearly 20 years ago when DTM was a big thing, they may not be available any more.
