P&P should be about £10 and a couple of quid for insurance if using a courier. Try Interparcel, My Parcel Delivery or Parcel to go :)

Thanks VR6South for the tip.I got a quote from Yodel as they have a depot locally & as you say 'about £10'.I have been posting a few bits lately just through the local post office & they are really expensive by comparison.
