If so would it be possible to get a scan/copy of the mud flap article please.

Are the older issues available to view online on the CCGB, as I wouldn't mind reading some of the older issues.

Currently only have the issues going back to October 2008, which is when I started making them - really only because I've never owned many back issues myself. Something we should look into trying to get archived.

Yes they are, when logged in they are in the members area - They will open as PDF's.

In addition to all the ones Chris has from Summer 96 to March 2001 I have issue number 1 from April 96, it is however simply two double sides of A4 stapled together in one corner!
