Jim 2 Posted May 5, 2015 Bit steep! Reckon you could pick up an R32 engine and turbo it for similar money!
Sean_Jaymo 0 Posted May 5, 2015 How much taller is it than a 3.2?

Mk3highline 10 Posted May 5, 2015 I'm contemplating this instead of going turbo eventually
VW_OwneR_85 2 Posted May 5, 2015 crazy money and thats just for the engine!, theres quite a few vids on youtube of r36 rados now, been awhile since i last looked more and more keep popping up, Sean im under the impression there in the same ball park dimension wise as the 3.2? there being fitted into rados and mk2s so there cant be much in it if any, HAHA i love this! from 1:30 secs , some loud obnoxious car blowing its own trumpet then theres the rado just chillen! says it all really :)
Mk3highline 10 Posted May 5, 2015 It would be good to have a nice flat torque curve with 300ft lbs without a blower Will have to see if spending some money on n/a 3.2 work out cheaper

Kevin Bacon 5 Posted May 6, 2015 Bit steep! Reckon you could pick up an R32 engine and turbo it for similar money! It certainly is an expensive way to get 280 PS! It is the big daddy of the VR engine though, which comes at a price I guess.
