TanVr6 0 Posted May 6, 2017 Quick question Looking at getting another set of wheels for the VR. Does anyone have experience with BBS CH006's, 17x8.5, ET35, 5x100? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sean_Jaymo 0 Posted May 6, 2017 Yeah, they fit well and flush but arches need rolling slightly or fit stretched tyres. I used to have a set but Mic_vr still has his fitted. Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk

Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk Thanks My RS 301s with wider tyres 225/35/17 Used to rub quite bad, not sure if it was the offset or just too wide for the car. Ill take a chance with them. TanVr6 0 Posted March 2, 2018 I think its time I worked on the engine bay. Looking a bit old and tired! Ill start with removing the manifold and rocker cover and getting them polished and looking like new... Also change the leads and spark plugs while im at it! Bremi leads in Red? Bosch plugs or ngk or denso? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Geeba 0 Posted March 2, 2018 Hi Tan The Eastwood Aluma-Blast paint is good if you didnt want to polish everything... ;) https://www.frost.co.uk/eastwood-aluma-blast-paint-340g.html?gclid=Cj0KCQiAieTUBRCaARIsAHeLDCR7QzWOTOQPlMLn49DSEEhYU30xENYiwc_cUoHQNAJbbc3HNV0G6o8aAlMpEALw_wcB I did the rocker/cam cover on mine with it... really good finish Apparently just the standard NGK are the best plugs for the VR lump, from what I'v read it doesnt like the expensive ones as much.
