Wee update

Car was well received at a local brekkie meet last Sunday and my drivers door card top trim has arrived as the original has a small split.

Also dust caps and new front arch liner fixings.

I've ordered new front liner arch screws, rear license plate led bulbs, new bulbs holder and new screws and washers for it.

Looks lovely, your hard work has paid off :)

Thanks very much.

It's the least hands on old car that I've had but I will put a bit of graft into it now that the better weather is meant to be coming.

New front 20mm spacers, rear licence plate light and arch liner screws arrived, was thinking about doing the arches and spacers tonight but it's blowing a gale and honking down.

Don't ask but I went to VW and picked up the correct screws and plastic washers for the rear licence plate light for a whole 83p.

Nice work!

Are the rear number plate lights still available from VW?

Cheers

I couldn't tell you but they are £13 posted from VW Heritage

Never took non exciting pics but just home from my hols and popped new leds in the boot and map lights.

Need to get my new spacers on the front but I feel the need for new wheels !!

Money may be better spent on a headunit or stainless exhaust first though ?

Thanks.

Like you I was thinking about the Recaro intetior as its only an hour from me but I actually prefer this interior for some reason.

My existing black cloth intetior is immaculate so there's no need to get any to be honest.

Look good... Where they cloth before ? My front seats have an extra line in where you park your bum.

Very impressive.

I don't actually know yet as I don't get them until Sunday but I am presuming so.
