fla 9 Posted March 5, 2019 It's not me that dings it... its the inconsiderate a55 that parks his sh-1t box discovery next to me then ether wallops his door against my car or half a dozen kids pile out doing the same... ^^^^ this I try park as far away as possible with as few cars around but for some reason even though the whole car park may be empty somebody will park right next to me... why????? Had some dings from just this :X That looks like a good idea - i've also got some neoprene sheet too. Would you suggest the 12.5mm or 25mm width? Geeba 0 Posted March 5, 2019 exactly that... you can park in the most remote corner of an empty car park and you will come back to a 4x4 or an old van and half a dozen shopping trolleys next to you r car... I avoid going in busy times to any supermarket or shopping centre... waaaaaay too peopley for me! - not a fan of people, grubby things :D
davidwort 0 Posted March 5, 2019 there's some ribbed foam lengths on ebay sold as door/side protectors, they just give you a few 12.5mm magnetic sticky stips to use to secure that, so 12.5mm or 25 would do, maybe 25mm would be better?
dr_mat 0 Posted March 5, 2019 Alternatively just give every car you park next to a pre-emptive kicking so you get yours in first.

Keyo 47 Posted March 5, 2019 it’s not just me then Ive never owned another car that recieves so many clangs from other drivers doors, I think other motorists just think its an old car and they just dont give a damn.
