Stormin Dave 0 Posted July 15, 2005 nice mate, just need to loose the rear wiper now..... Why do that?
daves16v 1 Posted July 15, 2005 I removed the wiper on my valver, it gives the rear a less cluttered, smoother look. Well that's why I did mine.
NickVR6 0 Posted July 15, 2005 What about your hole? Grommit?
randal 0 Posted July 16, 2005 PMSL - Nick, had to re-read that. KAD, lovely car mate. I fell in love with that colour when I had two panels on mine of that shade, was tempted to get the rest of the car resprayed to match! Also in love with those rims, suit the car down to the ground. daves16v 1 Posted July 16, 2005 What about your hole? Grommit? Stuck a grommit in there then sealed underneath. Painted the grommit of course.
KADVR6 0 Posted July 21, 2005 well done the rear wiper today, looks so much cleaner, took 20 minutes and 59p for 2 grommits, the other grommit is being colour coded at the moment :D

Kevin Bacon 5 Posted July 22, 2005 Oldies but goldies.... That and the headlight detailing are the cheapest and easiest external mods. Taking 4" out of the aerial mast is another good one 8) The tailgate is much lighter on it's gas strust after the wiper has been deleted and lets be honest, how often do you use the blasted thing anyway? A monthly shot of Rain X is all you need for year round vision through the back.
