    Hi all trying to replace both handbrake cables does any body know how the handbrake lever surround comes off looks like I need to remove this to get the console out, asking before I brake something. Thanks

    Been reading through the exhaust and suspension theads almost to much info, as far as suspension looking to keep it comfy but would like to lower a little just for looks really. What are the ap like?

    Yep looking at upgrading brakes, suspension, exhaust (any recommendations welcome) replacing axel bushes and under seal the whole area. Could be off the road for a while.

    In the last week I have gone from looking at a sticking rear caliper to removing most of the rear end, brakes, rear axel (gone for sand blasting and powder coating), fule tank and suspension just a case now of putting it back together time to spend some money.

    Hi all, need to get replacement suspension sorted as have the rear end in bits but getting more confused the more I look can any one recommend any, looking to lower the car a little and keep comfy ride, maybe get involved in the ap group buy. Sorry if this has been covered loads before.

    Hi all, Looking to replace the suspension on my valver as I have the rear axle out at the moment doing all brakes and bushes mounts ect so Interested in a set of theses, looking on line can get a ap spring and damper set for £300.00 or should I go for coil overs? Thanks

    One more guestion if anyone can confirm, if I upgrade to 280mm brakes will my seed ring wheels still be ok?

    Thanks guys, going to try best to get there, my cars not to bad got it a couple of months ago with mot till September so just enjoying it until then after that was going to start getting it sorted.

    Really tempted, going to check the car over see if any of the family are up for it mind you my valves is totally standard complete with some rust don't won't to bring the standard down.

    Any one going from my area (devon) love the idea of meeting some fellow owners and getting some advise on my 16v, not sure about driving that far only owned it for a few months and only done short journey's.
