Masssively long week. 2 hours sleep one night, 3 hours another, often out working till 11pm. Long days in work too.

I always weigh my car when I'm going over the weighbridge in the depot I pick fuel up. I love stuff like that.

Give the pins a good greasing, making sure that the springs and collars move freely.

I think Jim has already said this, but get on top of the maintenance so reliability is less of an issue. Also, it helps not to be too precious over the condition of the body work, any car will pick up dings, dents and scrapes and worrying about it will only depress you.

Next time I hit a pothole and damage an alloy, which I'm sure is inevitable, what I would really like to do is get someone who works for the council, and use their head to hammer out the dent in the wheel, then it'd be perfect!
