That's a thought I'll ask my bodyshop again on full cut out repair vs fibre filler.

If you don't me asking how much did it set you back and how long did it take. How did they do it, did they cut out and replace? Where abouts did you you get it done in Leeds?

Just wanted to see if you managed to get this sorted, just found two depressions near the front jacking points of my storm similar to this pics above. Not sure if it was there previously or if it's been done while in the bodyshop. The guy in the shop has had a look at it and says he cannot just pull them out as there's a few layers metal within it, the correct way would be to cut out and replace. There's no rust in the area at all and not noticeable from the above, the bodyshop guy recommend to leave it as if he starts cutting or pulling I can run future risk of rust occurring within. What's your thoughts is it worth messing with?

Hi im in the process of restoring a classic green storm. Its in the body shop at the moment getting a fresh paint job, I've managed to source or restore most of the trim parts however im stuck on the rubber gasket that goes around the base of the arial as its too far perished to save. Does anyone know where I can get one from? I've seen a few on ebay but im not sure if they are a standard size or are different? Thanks

does anyone know if you can fit mk2 golf coilovers onto a rado vr6?? im getting different opinions from different people. and what are better FK or fk ak coilovers?? cheers

yeah iv uprated the wiring on my c with a kit that i bought from ebay, fitted it and the lights work but im sure they still crap. is there sumthing else i need to be doing to make them brighter??

my abs light doesnt come on at all and definatly doesnt work, ive tested it the simple way (slammed the brakes on) and yes it did lock up!! nothing came up on a diagnostics, cleaned the rear sensors (not done the fronts, is that needed?). so where do i start to find out what the problem is??

sorry its just me thats a lil dense!! i thought there was supposed to a button where the heater controls are (im sure ive seen them a golf or summin) i didnt realise that the Norm and Max buttons controlled the air con :lol: i just gotta find somwhere where i can get it checked out and gassed as theres definatly no gas in it becos ive pressesd the valve where you charge it up from and nothing comes out of it. any one know somwhere around manchester where i can get it checked from then???

yeah ive got these on my dash board just below the my heated seat controls, is this it? if so i thought it was for the seats. anyway how does this work then?? when you press norm or max is the aircon on then??
