I think it mounts somewhere near the coolant tank
Supports a hose or cable
Hang on cars out , will take a pic :)
-
Very good thanks,
keeping busy
Are you still with gsf ?

Looks ace Kip 8)
Are you entered in super class this year at Stanford ?
-
I think you will find it’s a fault with the headlamp level adjuster
Try playing with the control switch and if it doesn’t sort it you can just unplug the unit at the headlamp

Hi Leo
I have a pair of standard oem front shocks
I’m based on the south coast near Portsmouth

Stunning Daren. Those brakes look brand new. Good luck at Stanford.Be good to have a catch up if sometime and also have a look over the corrado
Thanks Chris, would indeed be good :)
Bit more tinkering with the car recently, have been treating the leather with a few applications of Gliptone and pretty happy with the results , a definite improvement
Some fresh coats of wax and general cleaning for up coming outings :)

Looks great :)
The Brocks look really good, the first set look pretty good too

That looks very nice :thumbleft:

Any pics from its modified state? Would be an interesting comparison..I remember it having the BBS wheels fitted along with a colour coded front grille and slightly garish silver headlamp surrounds, don't remember many other differences.
I'm sure I have pics of it somewhere, will try and find them
At £13950 asking now it looks a fairly reasonable buy, given the mileage, the VSR and the spares that go with it
Always liked silver rado's

Looking good harrier... your strut caps are nicer than mine can't remember what mine are off, but mine look like plastic cereal bowls, :)I reckon you were scored down on wrong colour screen wash... I always use the blue stuff, hate the yellow stuff unless it's a nugget rado :)
Well done chap it looks stunning.
My strut caps are actually from a Mk4 golf delfinis !
Thanks for the compliment
Well after a long winter locked away I decided to pull the Corrado out of the garage this week and address some little issues that needed sorting
Picked up some new stickers from eBay and put them on
That was easy :)
Also the brake discs were developing a bit of surface corrosion around the outer edges and centres so stripped them off , cleared off the corrosion and painted them in silver
Pleased with the results
Look much better
Also gave the suspension and underside a general going over and clean up
Going to have a go at sprucing up the leather too
Bought some gliptone products
Hoping for some good results with it but will see :)

I will be there again this year
Haven’t considered camping there before as the weather is usually still a bit on the cool side
Might try it though if there were a few others :)

Thanks harrier.. how long does the blue velvet or blue velvet pro last... im torn between this product and the dodo juice supernatural hybrid which is a general wax and sealer for general cars last 4 - 6 months... im not into to waxing a car too often...Do you use the lime primer before or put the wax on top of the polished surface.
Haven’t tried the lime primer
The wax’s longevity i imagine is really dependant on how much use the car gets, how often it’s washed and if the car lives outside, therefore you will be fine with whatever you choose I’m sure
-
What’s everyone’s opinion on polishes and waxes ?, are they really all they are cracked up to be ?. What I’m trying to get at , is in my day turtle wax was king , then along came Mer etc . Christ I remember using Mer on my MK 1 ZodiacSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I have always found Meguiars products to give good results and good value, though my favourite product lately is Auto Finnesse Glisten, addicted to it !

Having just spent 3k on the body mine is nearly ready , first show will be killerton house . Would be nice to see you and the car againSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It would be good to meet up again Rob, I can’t do Killerton though
Delfinis38, I use the Dodo Blue Velvet and it’s very good imo 👍
