  1. Hi, nice to see enjoying the VR ! :D Totally gutted I sold it to be honest, haven't been on here for a while coz makes me sad when I do ! lol :( Anyway, needs must and at least I've got my new van and had the keys to my new house on Tuesday so the money im saving on fuel is being well spent ! :) Plus its gone to a good home, but I do miss her...
  2. Which aerial gasket did you use and where did you get it from mate ?
  3. i would have, but ive put it all back together now!
  4. Cool cheers, knew it had to be something simple ! :D Got it out now but looks as if the bit in your repair kit has already been replaced previously by someone else and its the piece that moves that which is broke ! :( So im guessing I need a new handle.
  5. just to say thank for the kit, recieved it a couple of days ago and it looks really tidy ! :) Im actually about to attempt it now, just a quick quick question first. How do you get the handle off ? Ive got the door card off and taken that backwards screw out. I can slide the main part of the handle to the side and it will come out but cant get the whole handle off. Am I missing something ? :confused4:
  6. My door handle broke thismorning and im already bored off clibing through ! :( Are the repair kits still available, if so how much are they please ? Is it difficult to fix ? Cheers :)
  7. Little bit late but my Corrado passed its M.O.T with no problems ! :)
  8. you still coming? Hi, found out today that I've got to work on Saturday, gutted to be honest was looking forward to this ! :(
  9. Might pop along to this, anyone else thinking of going from down my way ? Could have a mini convoy ! 8)
  10. I bought the Jamex ones off Ebay, had them on the car about 4 months no probs with them yet. They are wound down quite far and are firm, the thing is Im also on a budget and I knew what I was buying and are what I expected for the money. Think you deffinatly get what you pay for with coilovers so buy the best you can afford. :)
  11. I went to Newquay for a long weekend and drove my VR6 , was about 210 miles each way and it didn't miss a beat ! :) Mine's quite low so just had to be careful over speed bumps, got quite a few admiring glances ! 8)
  12. sounds similar to to the problem I had with mine and ended up being the ignition switch ! think it was about £25, just bit of a pain to change !
  13. yeah should get it sorted and drive it while the weathers good ! :) had a few probs with mine lately but (fingers crossed) all fine for now !
  14. Abergavenny ! :) U had your car long ?
  15. cool, thanks for that ! I'll know for next time ! :)
