  1. I bought them off a guy from here I'm hoping he replies and answer the question to offset? They are 17" 5x100 The dishes at the back have been changed from the original to 0.5" stainless steel polished from Dave in London (just Matz)
  2. I have another old winter set just for getting through mot. But these summer wheels are what makes my C special and part of the family! [emoji6]
  3. Any trustworthy places in the midlands I can go to for rolling the arches guys?
  4. I think the cheapest option is to fit my old 205/40/17s With a stretch, and if still catching then adjust suspension or change to a better setup?!?
  5. Well I don't want it to be too high. (Plus the suspension at the moment is a little bouncy) Rollin arches sounds good but don't want it to modify the outside appearance I'm being told different things from garages who have looked at it. Saying paint might crack!?! Arches will flare slightly?! Has anyone rolled their arches at the rear and got any experiences?
  6. Hi guys! Beautiful weather now for cruising in the C! Only problem is my rear tyres are getting shredded by the arches catching the edge of tyres with normal driving with only me in the car (13stone) They are 215/40/17 on the rear 205/40/17 fronts Fk coilovers fitted before me (over 6 yrs ago) Bbs Rs rims.
  7. The more corrados the better!
  8. Hi guys Looking out the bedroom window today, looks like Corrado cruising weather! Just fitted a new battery to the C. And gave it a quick clean. Time to take it for a blast, would be even better to meet up with some fellow Corrado owners!!! Anyone in the West Midlands?
  9. I don't have rolled arches yet? That was not my first option If I can change the tyres and stop them from rubbing that would be great!!! How much of a stretch can I do? And would it help? Let's say 210 or 205? With 35 ??? I need somebody local to take a look at my C...[emoji16]
  10. Problem solved Is that what you run?
  11. Here is some pics of then fitted The edge of the tyres are catching the arch when I go over any dips in the road. 215/40/17 at the back now Can I get the rear arches rolled or will that solve the problem?
  12. Really? I have them on the mrs car, a4 estate. Not that impressed
  13. Just require your update recommendations on These RS's 17" rims. I have Dunlop SP9000 205/40/17 at the back. I'm thinking one from the continental range
  14. Looks awesome Zak!!! Finally got me some BBS RS for mine, will be posting pics soon
  15. Bought The Skoda Superb in the end, L&K 2.0 TDI DSG... One word..... SUPERB!!! About 5k less than the Audi with more extras and better n smoother drive than the same price ranged Audi. As the A6 has the multitronic gearbox. Highly recommend a superb over the VW or Audi, drove approx. 4/5 different cars before driving the Skoda n purchasing it on the same day as was too much of a good deal!!!
  16. Congratulations and welcome to the club!!!
  17. Superb has 4x4 and costs 3,500 less than A6 which is older and non Quattro with same engine???
  18. Hi guys Just looking to part ex in my daily It's between a 2010 Audi A6 S line Avant 2.0 TDI automatic or 2011 Skoda Superb Elegance 2.0 TDI automatic The Audi has more miles and are between 14k - 18k The Skoda has less than 60k miles and between 13k - 15k Any experiences would be very helpful!!!
  19. I don't want to run stretch. Arches are not rolled either! So 1" dishes at the back then?
  20. How deep can I go with them on the rear? And how will it affect the drive?
  21. I didnt want to mess with them but 2 of the dishes have got water corrosion around the valves and ruins the perfection of the rest of the wheel, and I can't be dealing with that for much longer... :( I am a sucker for polished lips, just can't make the decision on steel or aluminium? Will the steel be much heavier and if it's only the back two. Will that help with keeping her grounded around Islands etc? When she's excited???
  22. How often would they need re-polishing? I only do 2000 miles a year max. Are they easy to re-polish and how?
