Good progress on the car today. Sorted out the drivers door handle after the pin broke. Upgraded one now so finally have a working drivers door handle. Replaced the roof liner too which was fekked from the leaking windscreen and also replaced the sunroof seal as the old one was mouldy as hell. OLD LINER ROOF OUT LOOKS EMPTY NEW SEAL FITTED ROOF BACK IN NEW LINER IN :-)

Good idea. Maybe try using plyboard first as you would be able to mould it to what you want and cover it. My father did that with his Alfa Sud when he did a sound install and ended up refabricating the door cards from scratch in wood and covering them in leather. Turned out quite nice actually since I am thinking metal may sound too tinny with speakers if that makes any sense.

WOW!!!!! That engine is immaculate. Looking forward to seeing your progress with this. I was just complaining today that I wish I had a garage so I could get a project rado going.

Nice one. I have to remove the headliner etc. My biggest concern is getting the roof back on correctly. I believe it has to be 1mm lower in the front and 1mm higher in the rear. Have a guide luckily so once the weather improves I will have at it lol.

How easy was it to change the seal? I will be doing mine soon. Did you have to remove the roof to do it or can it be done without removing the roof?

Pity such a nice car got ruined with that kit. I am all for modding but for me the corrado needs to look as OEM as possible as the shape is just perfect.

I had this issue when the bonnet was open. Wouldn't shut properly and after some investigation realised the cable was catching in the "ring" it runs through by the catch. Seems to have sorted itself out though.

Also have a brand new down pipe which I never bothered fitting when I fitted the new exhaust system. £30.00 posted? Will try and get a picture of it up at some point. This is vor a valver.

Has to be a sunroof model mate. I might just leave this idea for a while. Looks like a few more important things have cropped up that require my attention more.

Hi Clumpy, I think i only have one centre vent. Will double check tomorrow and stick up more pictures for you.

I will be replacing the seal on mine too. You can get a seal on e-bay and there is a guide on here I think in the wiki section. It can be done DIY but I think some guys have had an issue refitting the sunroof correctly again as the front has to be a mm lower than the roof.
